This room block is available until this Friday, March 6^th, 2026 at 12AM. Rooms are $155/night.

If any guest needs to add an additional night beyond Wednesday, March 25-Sunday, March 29, 2026 have them make their reservation within the block and email us at Harpa_Hampton@Hilton.com with the confirmation number and we can adjust the date for them.

A block of rooms is available at the Best Western for a discounted rate of $165.95 (includes 2 breakfasts per room). To make a reservation call the Best Western at (717) 561-2800.

Reservation Cut Off Date: February 24, 2026. Rooms available after that date can be booked directly with the hotel.

General Information

All persons attending the Convention must have names listed on the registration form.
Registration fee includes admittance to all activities unless otherwise noted.
Meals listed in the Official Program are included.
Registration name badges are your admission to events. Keep name badges with you at all times for proof of registration.
All attendees are required to have name badges Badges are not transferable to another attendee or guest. Each person must be registered for the conference to add on any of the pre-conference or add on events.
Lodging accommodations are the responsibility of individual attendees. Any rooms reserved by the Association not sold will be released on February 24, 2026. All are encouraged to make reservations as early possible as the room block may sell out.

IASM Policies:

Any solicitation of funds for any purpose at this event, without prior Board approval, is strictly prohibited. The IASM code of conduct must be adhered to at all IASM events. In the event the IASM code of conduct is violated, the Board/Association, reserves the right to ask you to leave, without refund, and refuse admittance to future IASM events.
